Information Storage Devices ISD1016AP Chip-CorderSeries provides high-quality, single-chip record/playback solutions for 16- and 20-second messaging applications. The CMOS ISD1016AP includes an on-chip oscillator, microphone preamplifier, automatic gain control, antialiasing filter, smoothing filter, and speaker amplifier. In addition, the ISD1016AP is fully microprocessorcompatible, allowing complex messaging and addressing to be achieved.
