The CM200DU-24H is a 200 amperes/1200 volts dual IGBTMOD. The Mitsubishi IGBT Module CM200DU-24H is designed for use in switching applications. The CM200DU-24H consists of two IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration with each transistor having a reverse-connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. All components and interconnects of the CM200DU-24H are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management.
