The SAA1057 is a radio tuning PLL frequency synthesizer. The SAA1057 is a single chip frequency synthesizer IC in I2L technology, which performs all the tuning functions of a PLL radio tuning system. The IC is applicable to all types of radio receivers, e.g. car radios, hi-fi radios and portable radios.
